We are sometimes our own worst enemy and by rewarding ourselves with food, we are actually sabotaging ourselves to not lose weight quickly. Instead, begin a regimen of consistent, daily exercise of some kind that gets your heart rate beating significantly, without causing too much stress on your heart. Start off slowly and work yourself up to a thirty minute walk a day. Anything that gets your heart pumping.
