Hey there!
I know you are frustrated! My, you are working so very hard and not seeing the results.
I taught Aerobics for 16 years and eventually at the college level too, and was a Personal Trainer so I think I can help you.
First, it doesn't happen overnight. AND, you must ask yourself
if you are drinking enough water (6-8 glasses a day) to flush out the fat that is moving into your bloodstream from the cardio pushes you are doing. (See Source box for other ideas.)
You have to eat small, frequent amounts of low-fat, fresh dark green vegetables (like a salad), fruit, and fish or chicken 2/3 times a day. Most experts says not to eat anything after 7:00 p.m. And don't eat processed "low-fat" food from the freezer section, it is full of salt. And if you starve yourself, your body will go into starvation mode and hang onto the calories you eat thinking it needs to preserve them.
